Authors Guides
Aims and scope
Submission of manuscripts will be published from different disciplines such as Agricultural sciences, applied environmental sciences and biological sciences. All submitted manuscripts (original articles, reviews, short communication and books) have to be written in English only.
Preparation of manuscripts
Authors should prepare the manuscript using the JEPS word template. Only manuscript following the JEPS format will be sent to reviewers.
1. Submission Requirements
- Manuscripts must be original and not submitted elsewhere
- The manuscript must be written in clear academic English
- All submissions are made through the journal online system
- The journal uses plagiarism detection software.
2. Manuscript Format
Authors must follow these guidelines:
- File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
3. Structure of the Paper
The manuscript should include:
- Title
- Author(s) name and affiliation
- Abstract (150–250 words)
- Keywords (3–5 words)
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
4. References
- References must follow APA style
- All references should be cited in the text
- DOI must be included where available
5. Ethical Considerations
- The journal follows strict publication ethics
- Plagiarism is not tolerated
- All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection tools
6. Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process.
7. Copyright and License
Authors retain copyright of their work.
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
8. Open Access Policy
All articles are freely available without any subscription fees.
