This study aims to biosynthesis of gold nanoparticle (AuNPs) by using Bacillus subtitles supernatants under ambient condition with optical diagnose wine red color.(AuNPs) characterization using UV-spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction(XRD), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FE-SEM) techniques. Evaluation of the antibacterial activity of AuNPs against four pathogenic isolates collection from different clinical sources, three Gram-negative are Pseudomonas aeurginosa, Proteus mirbilis, Enterobacter cloaca and one Gram-positive isolate is Staphlococcus haemolytic. The results showed effective inhibitory activity using gold nanoparticle (AuNPs).It can be used as a alternative drug to commercial antibiotics.
