Medicinal plants have many bioactive compounds components and are considered plants that have many health benefits and used to treat many diseases and play important role in healing. The objective of this study was to determine the bioactive compounds and antioxidants activity of ginger, lemon and apple extract. The antioxidant activity was determined by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). Methanol extracts of ginger, lemon and apple extract and evaluated for its bioactive compound and antioxidant activity. The antibacterial. Furthermore, GC-MS analysis allowed the identification of 39, 13, 21 bioactive compounds of ginger, lemon and apple extract respectively. Ginger extract possessed the highest antioxidant activity (DPPH) 90.59 %. Ginger, lemon and apple extract is considered an excellent source of natural bioactive molecules that could be an interesting material for medicinal.
