The publishers’ and journal editors’ definitions of plagiarism (what is acceptable re-use of data, description of methodology and so on may vary across disciplines, but there is general agreement that plagiarism is the non-acknowledgment of other people’s work or contributions).
IEEE defines plagiarism as “the reuse of someone else’s prior ideas, processes, results, or words without explicitly acknowledging the original author and source”.
The authors can verify the originality of their work before it is sent to the (JEPS) through the use of Plagiarism Software - Online Plagiarism Checker which is located in the link. https://www.plagiarismsoftware.net/
This activity helps expedite the process of acceptance of papers for publication but does not mean dispensing with the plagiarism program adopted by the Journal.
